Every blade and every handle takes hours of meticulous work to design, shape and refine. Every knife is tested in real conditions before it is shipped. Crafted by hands, not by machines.

And because durability is central to our mission, our knives ship with a lifetime warranty. That means you can send us your knife after a few years of use and we will give it an all-inclusive spa treatment for free: thinning, sharpening and re-finishing.
